    Client Description

    Our client is a Listed Global Japanese Group of copiers, fax and printers, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their group.




    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for handling accounting data, which includes but not limited to Accounting system data, daily operation, Bank system data and cash management data
    • Responsible for financial duties including FX hedge handling and cash flow management of Asian offices
    • Perform reports and documents, which includes but not limited to prepare meeting materials and Closing documents & reports
    • Communicate with banks and Regional Office for finance related issues
    • Assist to handle quarter finance reports and year end reports​​



    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
    • Min 2 years of solid experience in accounting/ audit field, with 2 years of experience FX management experience
    • 2 years of working experience in Banking or Finance Industry is highly preferred
    • Candidate with CMS knowledge is an advantage
    • HKICPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage
    • Experience in SAP SBO & AS400 is an advantage
    • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese, English
    • Good presentation skills of financial knowledge, mature, self-initiative and able to work independently

    • Buy the right products in coherence with the retail chain's positioning.
    • Allocate goods accurately based on proper assortment plan, demand, store profile, seasonal launch.
    • Deploy effective replenishment and mark down strategies to achieve Turnover and GP targets.
    • Conduct consolidation to maintain optimal inventory / SKUs holding at store level, and maximize sales.
    • Forecast monthly sales target based on past history and current trends. 
    • Prepare regular reports for weekly sales performance review and forecast to identify major opportunities and risks, follow up with appropriate strategy.
    • Coordinate and manage consignment counters
    • Work closely with the Operation and Marketing team





    Job Description

    • University graduate or above
    • 3 - 4 years relevant experience in Buying industry
    • Strong numerical sense with analytical mind    
    • Good command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
    • Candidate with less experience will consider as a Buyer
